COMMUNITY EVENT REQUEST FORM

If you would like to request V-103 or WAOK to attend your function, please fill out the information below. Due to the tremendous volume of requests, you will only be contacted if V-103 or WAOK can support your event. Someone from the Promotions Department will contact you regarding your event within 72 hours if approved. Thank you for considering us for your event.

If you would like your event to be considered for the Community Page on the website ONLY, please check the appropriate box in the form below. All submissions will be reviewed by the Community Events Staff. Only appropriate and relevant submissions will be considered based on the following criteria:
  • Non-profit organizations
  • Non-revenue generating events, unless proceeds are going to charity
  • 501c3 organizations
  • School events
Decision on events listed will be final. Your submission may be edited for space and content. Not all submissions will appear.
