*Note – All payments are non-refundable – no exceptions.  Show Management reserves the right to reject any payment at anytime, including but not limited to, if your company does not meet the show’s category restrictions or requirement.  Real Estate agents, mortgage companies, financial institutions, health and medical offices/agencies are not eligible for small business booths.   If you are unsure of your classification, please call or e-mail us BEFORE you purchase your booth.

PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE YOUR BOOTH.


Step Two

Read your FSO contract completely, fill it out and set aside.


Step Three

Go to https://www.xorbia.com/rsvp/v103/fsosbonly09/tickets.cfm

 

This will take you to our on-line booth purchase page.  You will see three options for booth prices:

 

Small Business 10x10 Interior - $1175

Small Business 10x10 Corner - $1500

Power Row 10x20 (end of aisle) - $3500
Weblink on the FSO Vendor Page - $100

Add YOUR e-mail address, choose the booth you want to purchase, read and check the liability wavier, then click submit. (“Will Call” is YOUR e-mail) 

*After you’ve made your selection, the computer will take you to a page that will ask you to review your order.  Note, booths are non-refundable.  Please take your time and review your order carefully. 

Step Four

*After you click “place order” you will receive a confirmation e-mail and number. Your confirmation will appear on the screen and a copy will be sent to you by e-mail.  Print your confirmation, attach it to your signed contract and…
