WANDA & NINA’S 10-DAY MASTER CLEANSE LEMONADE DIET

WANDA & NINA’S 10-DAY MASTER CLEANSE LEMONADE DIET

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR OR NUTRIOUNIST BEFORE BEGINNING ANY DIET OR PRIOR TO CHANGING YOUR NORMAL REGIMEN.

To make 1 Days worth of the Master Cleanse, follow the below directions.
(You will have leftover ingredients you can save for the following day)

The Following Ingredients can all be purchased at Whole Foods:

1 Gallon of distilled water ($1)

1 1/4 cups of Maple Syrup Grade B ($17, one jug from Whole Foods will last 3 days)

Juice of 5 Organic Lemons (bag of 10 lemons from Whole Foods cost $7, bag of 10 lemons will last 2days)

1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper ($4)

How to Make It:

1. Pour 6 cups of the distilled water from the gallon into another container to be used the following day (the remains of the water in the gallon equal 10 cups, which is ONE day's worth of your master cleanse; there are 16 cups in 1 Gallon of water)

2. Pour the Maple Syrup and Cayenne Pepper into the gallon of water

4. Squeeze the juice of 5 lemons into a container, and then pour that into the gallon

5. Shake up the gallon and enjoy the contents of 1 days worth of the Master Cleanse

Tidbits:

  • A daily multi-vitamin is recommended for added nutrients
  • For maximum results, the Master Cleanse should be done for at least 10 days with NO food.
  • Some people do opt to eat fruits & vegetables while on the diet – it is YOUR option
  • You should seek the approval of your healthcare provider before beginning ANY diet or cleanse.

Daily Salt Water Flush:

2 teaspoons of sea salt (SEA salt is different from Table salt!!)

1 quart of room temperature water

(I also squeeze lemon juice in it to help disguise the salty taste)

1. Stir ingredients
2. Drink in one setting and as quickly AND safely as possible
3. The flush will kick in, in about 20-30 minutes
